Thank you for shopping with Auberlane. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, packed, and delivered, along with the costs, timeframes, and conditions that apply. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. During new collection launches, seasonal sales, and peak holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer as order volume increases. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or an unexpected delay affecting your specific order, we will contact you by email. Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout is correct and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see our messages.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden handling fees added at checkout.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Transit time: typically 7–13 business days after dispatch.
- Total estimated delivery: approximately 8–16 business days from the day you place your order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, customs clearance, weather, and other factors outside our control. Because our collection is sourced from a network of specialty partners so we can offer a wide seasonal range, some items ship directly from our supplier warehouses, which can affect transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If your tracking number does not update after several business days, contact us at info@auberlane.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If your address is outside our current shipping zone, you will not be able to complete checkout. We are working to expand the regions we serve.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at info@auberlane.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to update your details before the order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with members of your household and neighbors, and look around your property, as carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe spot. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@auberlane.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Any applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
