Return & Refund Policy

At Auberlane, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it straightforward. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return an item, how refunds are issued, and the conditions that apply. Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed, with no signs of wear, stains, odor, or damage;
  • In its original condition with all tags still attached;
  • Returned in its original packaging where possible.

Items that are returned in a used, damaged, altered, or incomplete condition may not qualify for a refund and may be sent back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including intimate apparel, bodysuits, socks and tights, and any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, email us before purchasing or before starting a return.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at info@auberlane.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send any item back before receiving return authorization from us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of our error (for example, you received the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return your original item for a refund once approved, and place a new order for the item you'd like. If you need help finding the right size, please see our Size Guide or email us and we'll be happy to advise before you order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@auberlane.com with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs in these cases.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@auberlane.com and we will follow up.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, reach out to us and we'll help resolve it.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and fully refund an order before it has entered processing or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a standard return.
